ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Application Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product whose qualities and sales price are specified in the invoice detail of the order given electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's www.yourpathtothelight.com website.

ARTICLE 3 - CONTRACTUAL PRODUCT
Type and type of the Services and Products, Quantity, Sales Price are as specified on the sales invoice. Payment Method, Invoice and Delivery Address are as specified on the Invoice.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1 - BUYER declares that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method of the contractual product on the website and the preliminary information regarding delivery and has given the necessary confirmation electronically. Shopping can be made from Güliz UYSAL by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or bank transfer. Orders for which the transfer is not made within one (3) business day will be canceled. The time the orders are taken into process is not the time the order is given, but the time when the money block is made from the credit card account for the amount of the order or when we determine that the transfer has reached our accounts. Payment methods not specified in this article are absolutely not accepted.
4.2 - The product or service subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address provided by the service on the day and place previously determined in the in-class trainings, and for other physical products, within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence for each product.

4.3 - If the product or service subject to the contract shall be delivered or presented to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER shall not be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered or presented does not accept the delivery or service.

4.4 - Güliz UYSAL shall send the electronic invoice to the e-mail address provided by the BUYER for all orders. All prices in the purchases made are stated as including VAT. The conditions regarding the shipping fee shall be applied as specified on www.yourpathtothelight.com specifically for the product and region.

4.5 - The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product and service subject to the contract intact, complete and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order.
4.6 - For the delivery of the service or product subject to the contract, it is required that the signed or approved copy of this contract be delivered to the SELLER and the price be paid with the payment method preferred by the BUYER. If the product price is not paid for any reason or is cancelled in the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be relieved of the obligation to deliver the product or service.

4.7 - If the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER due to the unfair or illegal use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons due to the BUYER's fault after the delivery of the product or service, the BUYER is obliged to send the product to the SELLER in a usable and complete condition within 3 days, provided that it has been delivered to the BUYER. In this case, the shipping costs belong to the SELLER.

4.8 - If the SELLER cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the due date due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or interruption of transportation that prevent transportation, the SELLER is obliged to notify the BUYER of the situation. In this case, the BUYER may exercise one of the following rights: cancellation of the order, replacement of the contractual product with a similar one, if any, and/or postponement of the delivery period until the impeding situation is eliminated. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded in a lump sum within 10 days according to the payment method in the order.

4.9 - Before a sales contract is created, we may choose not to accept your order at our discretion. Examples of situations where we cannot accept your order are as follows:
* The Product(s) are displayed on the Website but are not in stock;
* We are unable to obtain your authorization for payment;
* Shipping restrictions are applied to a Product;
* The Product(s) displayed on the Website contain an (obvious) error such as incorrect pricing or otherwise incorrect description.

4.10 – Güliz UYSAL, The products sold on www.yourpathtothelight.com are manufactured to order. The shipping time of products whose raw materials cannot be obtained due to reasons beyond our control may be extended. In this case, the customer is informed by phone or e-mail. Depending on the customer's request, the order can be changed, the shipment can be waited or the order can be cancelled. In case of cancellation of the order, the payment can be made by credit card.

4.11 - The delivery of an order that has been collected reserves the right to change the intermediary cargo company for end users without any information, unless there is a temporary problem.

4.12 - Once the package is received, it is deemed that the delivery company has done its job properly. Therefore, packages that are found to be damaged during delivery should not be accepted and a report should be kept. The report should then be sent to gulizb.uysal@gmail.com.
Güliz UYSAL will start working on the order and ensure that the delivery is made as soon as possible.

4.13- Products that are requested to be returned or changed should be sent back in a separate package/box after the return and change request is sent to gulizb.uysal@gmail.com e-mail address by the BUYER and the request is approved, and they should be placed in a separate package/box and sent back in a way that they will not be damaged in the cargo. Since any damage that may occur on the original boxes of the products and the cargo labels etc. attached to them impair the originality and therefore the resalability of the products, their return or change will not be possible.

ARTICLE 5 – WITHDRAWAL
1. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the buyer may return the purchased product within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery by exercising the right of withdrawal without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason. However, in order for some purchased products to be returned due to their hygienic and technical features; the package or wrapping must not have been opened and therefore must not have been used. The return of such products will only be possible with their original boxes. Please read the sales page of the relevant product carefully for the return procedure of each product.
2. EFT deductions, cargo expenses and other expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER. In the event of the exercise of this right, the return of the cargo delivery report copy stating that the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER was sent to the SELLER and the original invoice must be returned. The product price will be returned to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded.

3. The right of withdrawal notification and other notifications regarding the Agreement will be sent via our e-mail and/or the communication channels specified on the website. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the Seller within the due date in accordance with the provisions of the legislation and the right of withdrawal usage option on the website.

ARTICLE 6 - PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
According to the Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
a) In contracts regarding goods or services whose prices change depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and are not under the control of the seller (products in the category of jewelry, gold and silver)
b) In contracts regarding the delivery of goods that are prepared in line with the wishes of the consumer or clearly in line with his/her personal needs, are not suitable for return due to their nature and have a risk of rapid deterioration or expiration date
c) From goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; in contracts regarding the delivery of products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene

d) In contracts regarding goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature

e) In contracts regarding books, audio or video recordings, software programs and computer consumables provided that the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened by the consumer

f) In contracts regarding the delivery of periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines other than those provided within the scope of subscription contracts

g) In contracts regarding accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply and evaluation of free time for entertainment or resting purposes that must be made on a certain date or period

h) In contracts regarding the performance of services related to betting and lottery

ı) In contracts regarding services that are started to be performed with the approval of the consumer before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period

i) In contracts regarding services performed instantly in electronic environment and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer and in contracts where the Goods/Services subject to the contract are excluded from the scope of application of the Distance Contracts Regulation (the seller's regular In case of goods/services consisting of food, beverages or other daily consumption items delivered to the buyer's home with their deliveries and services in the fields of travel, accommodation, restaurant, entertainment sector etc., the right of withdrawal cannot be used due to the fact that the provisions of the Distance Contracts Regulation cannot be applied to the legal relationship between the Buyer and the Seller.

ARTICLE 7 - AUTHORIZED COURT
In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. In case the order is placed, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
